The Challenge
Traditional overflow risers collect water directly from the surface, where trash, sticks, and vegetation often accumulate. This buildup can block critical drainage points, causing overflows, flooding, and costly cleanouts.

While its primary function is debris prevention, field testing by the University of Georgia’s Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources found an added advantage: the OverFlo Guard™ also draws cooler mid-depth water into the discharge system.
